The Acc. Designer, Starbuck, becomes available once the guild has built his workshop. He is the specialist for accessories that can be upgraded.

Can work on earrings, necklaces, bracelets and compatible shoes. Failure destroys the item.

The workshop's standard fee is five times the base upgrade cost. Members of the owning guild get a 10% discount on this fee, while characters from another kingdom pay three times the workshop fee.

Accessory upgrade: takes compatible items to the next grade, using Yang and the required materials.
