The Weapon Blacksmith, Stanley, becomes available once the guild has built his workshop.

Upgrades compatible weapons. Failure destroys the weapon handed over.

The workshop's standard fee is five times the base upgrade cost. Members of the owning guild get a 10% discount on this fee, while characters from another kingdom pay three times the workshop fee.

Weapon upgrade: takes a compatible weapon to the next grade, using Yang and the required materials.
