How Summon Lightning works

Hits the target and the opponents around it. It has a chance to cause fainting.
Gains a 10% damage bonus when you use a fan.
About the table values: The damage values in the table are base values, before the target's defence and resistances, critical or piercing hits, and the bonuses applied in combat. The 10% bonus for the matching weapon, described on this page, is applied on top of the table's base values.
