Manual for gaining skill points for mounted combat.
Function
Can be read from level 50; a successful reading grants one point for horse skills.
Can no longer be read if you have 20 unused points or if your mounted combat skills total 60.
Provenance
Drops randomly from monsters for characters of level 50–99, if the monster is at most 10 levels below the character. It cannot be obtained this way in the Demon Tower.
